A Letter From Prime Minister Dwight Terry
Dear Rosarian Members and Friends,
Welcome to the 26th Annual Hearts and Roses Auction! The annual auction is the primary source of funding for the Royal Rosarian Foundation. The Royal Rosarian Foundation's mission is to support the best interests of the Royal Rosarians, the City of Portland and the Portland Rose Festival.
The Royal Rosarian Foundation’s budget supports many enrichment programs for children at risk. Some of these programs include Christmas for Kids, the Royal Rosarian Field Trip Program, the Community Transitional School, and the Ethos Music program. Additionally, the Royal Rosarians are proud to be a supporter of the Portland Rose Festival Foundation providing grants that help to support various programs, and also produce a float for the Grand Floral Parade. As the official ambassadors of Goodwill for the City of Portland, we also attend out of town festivals with our traveling float, representing the City of Portland and the Portland Rose Festival.
We look forward to 2022 with the hope our community becomes stronger as we move past so many challenges faced during the last two years. We look to you, our friends, for your help to support us as we continue to provide funding to the programs that help so many students at risk, and our City of Roses.
